It is with sadness that we announce the passing of our brother and friend Timothy Patrick Beaver, 65, of Marietta, OH., on October 2, 2025. Tim grew up in the New Matamoras area and graduated from Frontier High School and the Washington County Career Center. The son of the late Norman K. and Eileen C. Schaub Beaver, is survived by his sister Dr. Bonnie Beaver of Huntington, WV. He will be missed by his many friends of the Marietta area from the St. Mary's Catholic Church parish, members of the Knights of Columbus, special friends from the House of Hope and the Washington County Home. He will be remembered by his "food and fellowship" outings with those he encountered. A funeral liturgy with Mass will be held on Saturday, October 11th, 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Basilica of Saint Mary of the Assumption in Marietta, OH., with burial to follow at the New Matamoras Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the House of Hope, 750 County House Lane, Marietta, OH., 45750 or Saint Vincent De Paul ministry of Marietta, 506 4th St. Hadley Funeral Home is assisting with the funeral arrangements. The family would like to thank the entire medical staff of Marietta Memorial Hospital, The Harmar Place Rehabilitation Center, The Cawley Hospice Organization for their dedicated care of Tim.
