Larry Powell, 80, of Belpre passed away Dec. 8, 2025, at Marietta Memorial Hospital.

Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Monday, Dec. 15, at the Leavitt Funeral Home of Belpre. Entombment will follow at Sunset Memory Gardens. Visitation will be 4-7 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 14.
