Carl L. Stollar

Carl L. Stollar, 74, of Marietta, Ohio, died on Sunday, February 1, 2026, at Marietta Heights in Marietta. He was born on June 21, 1951, in Watertown, Ohio, son of Doy Ray and Dora B. Harris Stollar. Carl had worked at Kardex in Marietta, had been a semi- truck driver and finished his working career at Walmart. He attended Waterford High School and later served in the US Army as a Master Sergeant. He was a member of the F.O.E. in Williamstown, WV, and Watertown Presbyterian Church. He was a talented artist and had painted many beautiful paintings over the years. On October 13, 2019, he was married to Barbara L. Bailey Stollar, who survives. Also surviving are two daughters, Hope McCumber of Stockport and Misty Jo Wonder of Vincent; four grandchildren; three brothers, Franklin Stollar and wife Jill of Marietta, Roger Stollar of Fleming and Kevin Stollar and wife Rita of Waterford; a sister, Diann Rock of Waterford; and several nieces and nephews. Carl was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Jean Alice Stollar, a brother, Elton Doy Stollar and a nephew, Trevor Stollar.
