Mary Elizabeth Jurin 96, of Reno, OH., passed away at her residence Friday, February 6, 2026. She was born May 31, 1929 in Uhrichsville, OH., to the late Clarence and Mable Tedrow. Mary graduated from Newcomerstown High School and was a member of Sandhill Methodist Church and worked for various companies through the years. She was involved with multiple volunteer groups including the Marietta Food Pantry and Methodist Women’s Group. Mary is survived by her children, Jack Jurin (Barbara) and Cheryl Housh both of Marietta, Beth Belter (Thomas) of Novi, MI., and Craig Jurin (Erlinda) of Lebanon, OH., grandchildren Julie, Jamie, Jeff, Michael, Andrew, Audrey, Joseph, Jennifer, Nathan and Catherine,16 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild and a sister Hazel Koschny of Westerville, OH. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Jack Jurin, son James Jurin, brothers Harold and John Tedrow and a son-in-law Jim Housh. Visitation will be on Friday, February 13 from 4-8 PM at Hadley Funeral Home Reno Chapel, 1021 Pike St., Marietta, OH. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 14 at 11:00 AM at the funeral home, entombment to follow in East Lawn Mausoleum.
