Mary F. Bebout Russell, age 92, of Stockport, Ohio, passed away on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, at Riverside Landing in McConnelsville, Ohio. She was born on November 24, 1933, in Sistersville, West Virginia, to the late Howard and Edna Lee.

Mary is survived by her son, Randy (Lori) Bebout, and her daughter, Kim (Randy) Stewart. She is also survived by five grandchildren: Jake and Kyle (Jenna) Stewart, Nate (Leah) and Levi Bebout, and Kayla (Seth) Scott; and nine great-grandchildren: Kolt and Kendall Stewart, Rosie, Whitacre, Duke, and Forrester Bebout, and Avery, Trace, and Parker Scott. She is further survived by her sister, Betty Hayhurst, and brothers David Lee, Larry Lee, and Dan Lee.

She was preceded in death by her son Roger Bebout and daughter-in-law Linda Bebout; her parents; her sisters Joan Deulley, Ruby Townson, and Nancy Chevalier; her brother Junior Lee; her first husband Duke Bebout; and her husband Bud Russell.

Mary was known for her love of playing cards, her wonderful pie-baking skills, sampling of all her favorite foods at gatherings, and her fondness for square dancing. She was a bright light to many.

A service will be held at The Core at Stockport Community Church on Monday, April 20, 2026, at 2:30 p.m. with Pastor Rob Tuttle officiating. Calling hours will be held beginning at 1:00 p.m. on Monday. Burial will be in the Stockport Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Stockport Community Church.
