Madeline V. Coss, 95, of Marietta, OH, passed away Sunday morning June 7, 2026, at Lancaster House. She was born September 30, 1930, in Belpre, OH, to the late Earl D. and Mary Barnes Vannoy. She retired from the Marietta Convalescent Center and enjoyed spending the winters in Florida with her late husband of 70 years for 34 years. Madeline is survived by her daughters Deborah Sue Coss, Connie Joy Dye (Rodney) and Cathie Lockhart, grandsons Daniel Coss, Richard Fordham (Amanda), Steven Young (Hikari), Tanner Hurst (Allison), Adam Hurst (Harriet), Landon Hurst (Aarika) and Dylan Lockhart, granddaughters Madeline Perez (Humberto), Sommer Coffman (Aaron) and Rikki Lockhart and 13 great great grandchildren. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Hubert I. Coss and son Hubert Ricky Coss. Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Thursday, June 11, 2026 at Hadley Funeral Home Reno Chapel, 1021 Pike St., Marietta. Burial will be in East Lawn Memorial Park.
