Charles “Charlie” M. Allen, 82, of Williamstown, died on Sunday, July 5, 2026. Memorial services will be held 11 a.m. Friday at the First United Methodist Church in Williamstown. Visitation is one hour prior to the service. Burial in Riverview Cemetery. Cawley and Peoples Funeral Home, Marietta, in charge of arrangements.
