Michael Patrick Gale departed this life and joined his Savior on June 30, 2026.

In life Michael was a devoted husband, father and dedicated Critical Care Nurse, but most of all he was a devout Catholic, who always attempted to point himself and his family into the loving arms of Jesus. To his family, he was Husband, Dad, Friend, brother and was at his very core a beloved son of his Heavenly Father. Pouring out his life for those around him on a daily basis. Always one to help the stranger, provide a ride to a hitchhiker, visit the infirmed or give comfort to and suffer with every patient under his care. It’s fair to say he was determined to a fault, always conducting himself with the greatest of conviction and steadfast faith, projected in his own unique way. His marriage of 52 years to Jocelyn Marut of Steubenville, Ohio, the love of his life, (of whom he is survived) resulted in a legacy that will stand the test of time. They have been blessed with 8 children, Anthony (Wife Judy Snyder), Jennifer (Husband Jason Morris), Jason (Wife Emily Bauerbach), Melissa (Husband Matthew Tackett), Megan (Husband Sean Rogers), Amanda (Husband Bishay Bishay), Aaron and Serena (Husband Garrick Pratt) and 29 grandchildren, of which 4, Michael will join in heaven. He is also survived by 4 sisters, Carolyn, Judy, Mary Ellen, Myra and 3 brothers, George, David and Anthony along with their families.

Michael was a man of Integrity who navigated the gift of life, its challenges and blessings with a steadfast hope for a life in eternity with his Savior, a hope which his family shares at his passing from this earth. May The Lord bless him and keep him, may the Lord make his face shine upon him and be gracious to him; may the Lord turn his face toward Michael and give him peace. You will always be remembered in Love never to be forgotten. A Funeral / Memorial service will be held at a future date pending special circumstances.
