Evelyn Joyce Harwick, 65, of Marietta, passed away Sunday, August 9, 2026 at The Arbors at Marietta.
Evelyn was born January 12, 1961, in Marietta to Lester and Wilma (Wright) Burwell.
She attended Marietta Schools.
Evelyn worked as a CNA at several area nursing homes. She loved her dogs.
Evelyn will be deeply missed by her longtime companion Rick Moore; siblings Linda Burwell, Randy (Connie) Burwell, Larry Burwell, Vicki (Willard) Lightfritz and Doug (Becky) Burwell; as well as several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Evelyn was preceded in death by her siblings Virginia Malbrough, Leslie June Burwell, David Burwell and brother-in-law Robert Burwell.
A celebration of life will be held in Devola on Saturday, September 26, 2026.
