Donna Moseley, lifelong resident of Marietta, passed away September 30, 2026. Donna was a devoted, loving wife for over 69 awesome years of marital bliss. Bob passed away on August 13, 2017. He was her angel, confidant and love of her life, always in her heart. Donna was the only daughter of the late Alta & Bryson Mullen. Immediately upon graduating from M.H.S. in 1948, she was appointed Asst. City Clerk. She was Marietta’s first female City Clerk. After her time as Clerk she was hired and appointed Sec. & Treas. and Director for Pioneer Savings & Loan. She then went on to work for Williamstown National Bank before a career change as the Office Manager for 30 years at Dr. Braden Nida’s office. A real community activated worker, Donna served as Sec. & 7 year Board Member for United Way, Sec. & Board Member for Wash. Co.’s American Heart Assoc., Sec. & Board Member of the Humane Society, Member of the Ambassadors Club M.A.C.C., American Legion Aux. Post #64, Member of Kiwanis, Zonta, National Secretaries, Junior Business League, President of WV Alpha Iota Business Sorority, a 50+ year Member of The Marietta County Club. Bob and Donna were team bowlers and golfers. She loved to dance and was an avid roller skate dancer, bridge player and a O.S.U. Buckeyes fan. She was a member of the 6th and Wash. Sts. Church of Christ. Her late brother Harold’s children survive, Mike (Claire), Jim (Laury), Barry (Kim), Pat (Carol), Kate (Dan) Martin, as well as her late brother Gene’s children Robert, Martha (Mick) Davis, Karen (Randy) White, and Tim (Laurie). Also surviving are numerous nieces and nephews on the Moseley side, including Suzy Dutton. Also survived by her precious loving Yorkie, Cookie Dee. Donna was a caring and loving friend to many. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Friday, October 9, 2026, at Hadley Funeral Home Reno Chapel, 1021 Pike St. Marietta, OH. with Roger A. Rush officiating, entombment to follow in the East Lawn Mausoleum. Visitation will be held from 9:00 AM until the time of service at 11:00 AM at the funeral home.
