Robert F. “Bob” Kenney Jr., went to be with our Lord and Savior, Thursday, November 6, 2025 after a short battle with cancer. He was 80 years old. He was born in New Martinsville, WV, on June 20, 1945 to Robert and Edith D. Loveall Kenney of Antioch, OH. He graduated from River High School in 1963. Bob married Carol Ann Stoehr on April 18, 1965 and shared a life with her for 57 years until her death in 2022. She was born on June 11, 1982, in Marietta, a daughter of John Allen Dye and Regina Lightfritz Dye. Jennifer had been employed as a Nurse at the Trumbull County Jail in Warren, OH.
