Diana K. James, 78, of Waterford, Ohio, died on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at Marietta Memorial Hospital in Marietta. She was born on February 5, 1947, in Charleston, West Virginia, daughter of Paul and Pauline Cunningham Ray. Diana was a High School graduate and attended the Waterford Methodist Church. She had formerly been employed at Muskingum Skilled Nursing and Rehab in Beverly for several years. On May 5, 1986 she was married to Earl James Jr. who survives.
