Shoutout to MHS for vaccine drive-thru
My wife and I got our first doses of the Moderna vaccine at the Memorial Health System drive thru clinic on the Wayne Street campus. Our appointments were scheduled online, and the procedure worked perfectly. On separate Saturdays (Jan. 23 and 30), we were greeted by helpful staff members bundled up for the chilly weather. We couldn’t see all the warm smiles behind the masks, but it was easy to sense their friendliness and eagerness to help. Everything was well-organized, and the entire process was smooth over about 25 minutes. The Memorial Health System is a great community asset, and everyone associated with the planning and execution of the drive thru vaccine clinic is to be commended.
