Mr. Dave Rumsey's good advice on "Pay Off Their Student Loans?" is sound. In a way, he is instilling self-respect in our young people as well as their parents. He calls government loans as "garbage". He says, "That the whole thing works backwards for 30 years, and it's the very definition of a stupid government program." He is ever so right. All that breads is entitlement. Young people are lead to believe that if they are clever or tricky enough, they never have to repay government loan. W
here is self-respect? It seems that Student Loan recipient are encouraged to be clever rather than responsible. As Dave Ramsey stated: The loan recipients hear, "they're going to forgive it all." After that, it's, "no, we're not. Yes, we are. No, we're not. Yes, we are." "The fact is, they don't intend to forgive it. It's the biggest scam in history--mathematically speaking--perpetrated on the American public by our government."
