Warden well-suited to follow Mincks’s legacy

Mark Warden is a well-respected law enforcement officer who has been serving the people of Washington County for 36 years.

Sheriff Mincks promoted Warden to Chief Deputy in 2011. Under leadership of Sheriff Larry Mincks, the Washington County Sheriff's Office has been a gold standard of law enforcement in the state of Ohio. Mark Warden has played a crucial role in establishing the reputation of the Washington County Sheriff's Office as an organized and well-respected agency.

His efforts have forged strong relationships with other local leaders and organizations, and he has earned the respect of his colleagues. Warden understands that crime does not recognize jurisdictional lines, and that continued cooperation between neighboring counties strengthens our ability to respond to emergencies and maintain public safety.
