I am writing in support of Greg Nohe in our election for Sheriff of Washington County. Your votes in March are important in the election for our new sheriff.
Both candidates are running Republican, both candidates have the experience. However one candidate is heavily supported by a majority of those that have worked in, or around the law enforcement community in our county.
I worked under Greg Nohe while he served as Jail Administrator. Greg is a phenomenal leader, he is a genuine person, he is "boots on the ground, a hands on administrator. Greg leads differently than what has been exhibited by the current sheriff's administration, and this is a needed change.
Greg will not compromise safety or health (mental or physical) of the staff, and he has proven this while running the jail. I believe Greg Nohe will do an excellent job leading the sheriffs office and working with the surrounding law enforcement agencies.
As a leader, it is his actions, not just words, that has shown staff he cares and his door is always open. Supported staff is essential to building a team.
There is no doubt Greg has the ability to focus on the safety of the communities, create needed change and improve our sheriff's office. Vote Nohe for Sheriff 2024!
