Czars and Czarinas! Why do our government officials need to designate government appointees as Czars? Perhaps the title gives them power to do as they choose. So far, President Biden's VP who is the border Czarina does not choose to visit the broken border.

All have experienced a respite of freedom and hope of normality.
After all years of living under the yoke of Communism the people's spirit went beyond the breaking point.
Russian people as well as the Europeans, who lived under Communism, have acquired many lazy habits, distrust and have lost lust and direction for living.
Today these people are struggling toward normality, but the road is long and murky.
Now you may have a clearer vision of what a "Czar" is. Do keep in mind that the Russian "Czars were born into the position, they were not appointed and certainly not elected by the people.
