Michael Kripchak for U.S. Congress
I am backing Michael Kripchak for congress, as he is the most qualified person running. Mike graduated from the Air Force Academy with a Distinguished Graduate in Physics and a Master’s from NYU-Tisch in Interactive Telecommunications. During his years in the service, he worked in Washington and knows how Washington works, meaning he knows how to get things done. It also means he can make actual informed decisions regarding any energy and climate legislation.
He will find ways to protect and expand social security and Medicare, not cut it like the republicans have been trying to do since the program’s inception. This includes expanding the negotiations to lower drug costs that President Biden has started. Americans pay many times more for the same drugs as many other developed countries.
He wants to support the small and mid-sized family farms and reduce big Ag. Chemical and seed companies hold over them. Also provide debt and tax relief. He wants to have a farm bill that actually helps these farmers survive and prosper. This includes support for rural broadband services.
He is for unions and bargaining rights for skilled labor with high pay, high skills and dignity union jobs can bring to working people. He wants to establish 3MC (Mahoning – Marietta Mfg. Corridor) to bring in advance Mfg. and new small businesses into Southeast Ohio to build the area’s economy.
In contrast Representative Rulli is the owner of a small chain of family grocery stores that he inherited from his father. To put it another way if you remember the political phrase “He did not build it.” He served in the Ohio legislature for six years and only had two sponsored bills passed. While there he voted for the Republican bill to have Ohio utility users pay the bill to bail out a couple of failing electric generation plants. You know the one ! It was the largest bribery scandal in Ohio’s history and several high-ranking Ohio Republicans were convicted for their part in it , but Rulli claims he knew nothing about the bribery scheme.
To sum things up, do you want a place holding gerrymandered elected congressmen, or a highly educated veteran with Washington expertise? And if all else fails to convince you that Michael is the one to vote for. Well, people seem to want to vote for “entertainers.” Mr. Kripchak has starred in about ten Hollywood films as well.
