Another year, tremendous community support and a great evening. The 43rd Annual Eve Benefit Auction on August 22nd grossed over $32,000 all because of the wonderful support we received from the community, local businesses and the many individuals who attended, bid for items and had fun at the event.

Local auctioneers, Charlie and Keelan McLeish, volunteered their time and once again had the crowd energized. Washington County Sheriff’s office provided a security presence, the Zonta Club of Marietta and the Environs helped to organize the Silent Auction items so that we were able to “silently” auction over 150 items in less than two hours.

We honored our Friend of Eve award recipient, Reno Christian Church, for their dedication and assistance to Eve. Girl Scout Troop 10100 was honored as Eve’s Volunteer of the Year for their help throughout the year. Julia Smith was selected by her peers as Employees of the Year at Eve.
