Otterbein scored three runs in the top of the sixth to come from behind and defeat the Pioneers, 5-4. Marietta scored twice in the bottom of the first on RBI singles from Adisson Heath and Hancock, but left the bases loaded.

Single runs in the third and fifth innings gave Marietta a 4-3 lead heading into the sixth inning. Rachel Miller led off with a double and Emma Calkins followed with a single, moving Miller to third. Miller scored on a double steal.

An RBI double from Maggie McVicker plated Calkins with the second run of the inning. An infield single from Katie Koulianos knocked in McVicker with the go ahead run.
