¯On Sept. 20, a deputy attempted a warrant on Harold Angus III with the assistance of an ODNR Officer. Upon making contact with Angus he fled the scene and officers began to follow. Angus was quickly taken into custody and transported to the Washington County Jail for processing. Angus, 41, of 4081 Veto Road, Vincent, was arrested on the warrants and also charged with obstructing official business.
¯On Sept. 20, a sergeant began an investigation at 199 Roark Lane, Cutler, the home of Robert Grimm, regarding a report of a burglary. This case remains under investigation.
¯On Sept. 20, a deputy along with the Beverly Waterford, Devola and Lowell Adams volunteer fire departments responded to the property of Randall Wagner, 10140 SR 60, Lowell. At that location a trailer was on fire and destroyed.
¯On Sept. 20, a deputy met with Darin Montgomery, 120 Hazelwood Road, Marietta, regarding items stolen from a building at his property. This case remains under investigation.
¯On Sept. 25, a deputy was dispatched to 200 Pennock Street, Lot 25, Beverly, in reference to a report of Randall Delancey busting lightbulbs in the driveway, and on Pennock Drive in front of the driveway. The deputy met with Patti Bauerbach who advised she heard her security alarms going off but didn’t pay much attention, feeling it may be from an animal. Bauerbach then observed a subject sweeping up glass from her driveway and the roadway. Witnesses observed Delancey throw the lightbulb in Bauerbach’s driveway. Randall Wayne Delancey, 54, of 200 Pennock Drive, Lot 12, Beverly, was placed under arrest for menacing and littering. Delancey was transported to the Washington County Jail for processing.
¯On Sept. 25, a deputy and sergeant responded to Gates Green Apartments in an attempt to arrest Tyler Goodwin and Iesha McFadden on several warrants. Goodwin and McFadden were both located inside the apartment. Upon contacting Goodwin he advised of a false name three times, denying being Tyler Goodwin. The sergeant began patting Goodwin down and was informed that there was something in his pocket, found to be a baggie with a white substance. Goodwin admitted the substance was methamphetamine (later found to weigh 45 grams). Tyler Edwin Goodwin, 20, of 26935 State Route 7, Marietta, was placed under arrest for failure to comply, possession of drugs, 2 counts criminal damaging, domestic violence, obstructing official business, improper lane change and no operator’s license. Iesha Rachelle McFadden, 22, of 411 East Spring St., Marietta, was arrested for failure to appear. Both were transported to the Washington County Jail for processing.
¯On Sept. 25, dispatch received notification of an Ohio State Highway Patrol active warrant for Kendall Dwaine Knopp, 19. Knopp was located and placed under arrest for the warrant for driving under suspension violation.
¯On Sept. 25, a deputy responded to 3728 School House Road, Little Hocking, to a report of damage to a vehicle belonging to Scott Mollohan. This case remains under investigation.
¯On Sept. 25, lieutenant met with Fred Binegar, of New Matamoras, regarding a Champion generator removed from a residence. This case remains under investigation.
¯On Sept. 26, deputies along with the Salem, Fearing and Bethel volunteer fire departments responded to 6466 Germantown Road in reference to a residence fire at the home of Terry Clifton. This case remains under investigation.
¯On Sept. 26, a deputy observed a Chevy truck traveling at an accelerated rate of speed. A traffic stop was conducted and the driver was identified as Ashley Stephens. Stephens admitted that the smell of marijuana was present in the vehicle when she got it, as the vehicle does not belong to her. A search of the vehicle revealed a glass pipe and a pill bottle with marijuana residue and wraps used to smoke marijuana. A summons will be requested for Ashley Stephens, 34, of 308 Muskingum Drive, Marietta, on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.

¯Noah Luke Rutter, 21, of 6500 Germantown Road, Lower Salem, for aggravated arson and attempted murder, both felonies.
¯Paul Andrew Sebring, 47, of 363 Echo Valley Road, Waterford, for sex offender failure to notify change of address and probation violation, both felonies.
¯Irene Marie Day, 35, of 14035 Old McCarthy Road, Logan, on a warrant for endangering children, a misdemeanor.
¯Amber Dawn Duff, 29, of 109 Gilman Avenue, Apt. 2, Marietta, for probation violation, a felony.
¯Joseph Scott Antill, 41, homeless, for probation violation, a misdemeanor.
¯Cameron Joe Wriston, 19, of 801 1/2 Front St., Marietta, for possessing drug abuse instruments, a misdemeanor.
¯Kendall Dwaine Knopp, 19, of 217 1/2 Elm St., Belpre, for driving under suspension, a misdemeanor.
¯Kadie Lynn Harding, 25, homeless, obstructing official business, theft, drug paraphernalia, fugitive from justice and possessing drug abuse instruments, all misdemeanors.
¯Iesha Rachelle McFadden, 22, of 411 East Spring St., Marietta, for failure to appear, a misdemeanor.
¯Tyler Edwin Goodwin, 20, of 26935 State Route 7, Marietta, for failure to comply with order/signal of a peace officer and possession of drugs, both felonies and two counts of criminal damaging, domestic violence, obstructing official business, improper lane change and no operator’s license, all misdemeanors.
¯Randall Wayne Delancey, 54, of 200 Pennock Drive, Lot 12, Beverly, for menacing and restrictions on littering, both misdemeanors.
¯Dustin Lee Rhodes, 23, of 4581 Cow Run Road, Cottageville, W.Va., for failure to appear, a misdemeanor.
