On Saturday, May 4, Rockstar Wellness will rock out at "Pound Fur Paws" to raise money and collect supplies for the Humane Society of the Ohio Valley.
Rockstar Wellness is shutting down Second Street in Marietta for an outdoor POUND event with a live local drummer, Travis Hunt. The event is donation based and will support the Humane Society of the Ohio Valley.
Rockstar Wellness is inviting the community to come ROCKOUT with them and to support the Humane Society of the Ohio by making a monetary donation and/or bringing an item from the wish list found at www.hsov.org
"This event promises to be like no other with the energy brought from both the POUND rockout workout and the live drummer," says Rachel Burnham, founder and owner of Rockstar Wellness. "The Pound Rockout Workout is for all fitness levels and provides a high energy fitness experience that rocks through music and movement."
The Pound Rockout Workout combines cardio, Pilates and strength training with constant stimulated drumming, all to loud, energetic movement. The Pound Rockout Workout is an energizing workout done with the strike of the Ripstix. Sweat, Sculpt, Rock is the mission of the Pound Rockout Workout. Pre-registration is not required. Rockstar Wellness welcomes anyone who would like to attend and anyone who would like to watch and listen to the music and make a donation to the Humane Society.
