• On May 14, a 14-year-old Marietta Middle School student was found to be in possession of three-quarters of an ounce of marijuana.

• Officers were dispatched to Marietta Memorial Hospital on May 14 in reference to a patient threatening staff members. The patient ran down the hall and exited the unit. Phillip Dale West Jr., of Powhatan Point, was arrested for disorderly conduct.

• An officer was dispatched Wednesday to 212 Maple St. in reference to an assault. Angela Jo Armstrong said some girls hit her in the bathroom at the Knights of Columbus. The officer spoke to some witnesses and Angela Keen, of 731 Third St., who admitted to being in a pushing and shoving match with the victim. Keen was cited for disorderly conduct by fighting.

• Officers responded to Speedway, 100 N. Seventh St., on Thursday in reference to a theft. Suspect Marcus Kimbrough, of 103 Woodcrest Lane, was located in the 400 block of Greene Street and fled on foot but was taken into custody a short time later. Kimbrough had an active warrant for driving under suspension. He was also charged with theft and obstructing official business.

• Officers were dispatched to 806 Front St. on Thursday in reference to a domestic violence incident. The victim said her boyfriend grabbed her by the arms during an argument. He left prior to officers arriving.

• An officer was dispatched to Murray’s Glass, 121 Front St., on Friday in reference to a theft. It was learned that on Nov. 19 a man came into the store and sold the owner $495 worth of advertising. The suspect cashed the check but never provided the advertising.

• On Friday, an officer responded to Selby General Hospital in reference to drugs and paraphernalia found on a patient. This included three syringes and a baggie of a crystal-like substance which the patient said was crystal methamphetamine. The patient will be charged once the substance is sent for analysis and confirmed as narcotics.

•A domestic violence incident that occurred at 415 Barber Ave. was reported by witnesses who said they saw Andrea Lohoefener, of that address, assault her juvenile child and partner. She was arrested on two counts of domestic violence and endangering children.

• An officer responded to the 100 block of Ohio Street Sunday in reference to an intoxicated male subject. The officer found the man, Heath Hutchinson, urinating off a ledge to the River Trail below. He was cited for disorderly conduct by intoxication and released to a sober party.

• The Marietta High School Athletic Boosters reported Sunday that a concession trailer has been entered sometime between May 1 and Sunday and a defibrillator was taken.

Reports/Washington County

• A deputy responded to Marietta Township on Friday in reference to a possible domestic incident. In speaking with all parties it was determined to be unfounded.

• A deputy responded to 721 Old River Road, Little Hocking, on Friday in reference to Weston Hickman being involved in a domestic violence incident. Weston was found standing on the roof of the residence, obviously impaired and talking about demons. Floyd Hickman stated he came home because he received a call about Weston going crazy in the residence. Weston had a knife in his hand and lunged at Floyd. After speaking with all witnesses Weston Charles Hickman, 26, was placed under arrest for domestic violence and parole violation and was transported to the Washington County Jail for processing.

• A deputy responded to Waterford Township on Friday in reference to a possible domestic incident. In speaking with all parties it was determined to be unfounded.

• While serving civil papers at 223 Maple St., Belpre, on Friday, a deputy was advised that Lee Charlton was possibly at that location and an active arrest warrant was on file. Charlton was located and during a pat down a small baggie containing a green leafy substance was located. Lee Anna Charlton, 36, homeless, was arrested on the warrant for theft, burglary, violating a protection order and domestic violence, and transported to the Washington County Jail. Charges for possession of marijuana were served on Charlton at the jail.

• On Friday, the WCSO Communication Center received a panic alarm from the Moore’s Junction Par Mar, 17785 State Route 7, Marietta. This alarm was coupled with a phone call from the clerk there advising they had an out of control subject in the store that was refusing to leave and was attempting to steal merchandise. Deputies arrived and encountered the subject, William R. Murphy. Murphy had his pockets loaded with merchandise and was attempting to fill them further. William Ray Murphy, 72, of 11121 Veto Road, Belpre, was placed under arrest for theft and transported to the Washington County Jail for processing.

• A deputy responded to Marietta Township on Sunday in reference to a possible domestic incident. In speaking with all parties it was determined to be unfounded.

• A deputy responded to Salem Township on Sunday in reference to a possible domestic incident. In speaking with all parties it was determined to be unfounded.

• Frederick Schultheis reported Friday that Julie Schultheis came onto the property at 222 Third St., Lowell, and began yelling at him in regards to the division of property pertaining to a civil case. Julie told Frederick that he had no protection as no one was at the residence. Frederick retreated to the garage and Julie followed him, striking him in the chest. A witness observed Julie in the area and knowing the history stopped to check on Frederick. Julie Antoinette Schultheis, 54, of 12090 State Route 60, Lowell, was placed under arrest for domestic violence and criminal trespassing and transported to the Washington County Jail.

• A deputy responded to Dunham Township on Sunday for a possible domestic incident. In speaking with all parties it was determined to be unfounded.

Arrests/Washington County

• Denise Renae Parker, 45, of 7497 Harris Highway, Washington, W.Va., was arrested for two counts of theft and breach of recognizance, all misdemeanors.

• Jessica Fawn Strode, 34, of 600 Ullman St., Beverly, was arrested for assault, a misdemeanor.

• John David Bigler, 44, of 133 Acme St., Apt. A, Marietta, was arrested for probation violation, a misdemeanor.

• Lee Anna Charlton, 36, homeless, was arrested for theft, burglary, both felonies, violation of a protection order, possession of drugs, and domestic violence, misdemeanors.

• William Ray Murphy, 72, of 11121 Veto Road, Belpre, was arrested for theft, a misdemeanor.

• Weston Charles Hickman, 26, of 721 Old River Road, Little Hocking, was arrested for parole violation, a felony, and domestic violence, a misdemeanor.

• Tessa Ann Blair, 26, homeless, was arrested for probation violation and parole violation, both felonies.

• Bryanna Michel Sabatino, 33, of 826 Ashby Ridge Road, Parkersburg, was arrested for disorderly conduct, breach of recognizance, OVI, driving under suspension, driving in the wrong direction and no seatbelt, all misdemeanors.

• Andrew Michelle Lohoefener, 32, of 415 Barber St., Marietta, was arrested for domestic violence, two counts and endangering children, all misdemeanors.

• Michael Paul Mayes, 37, of 607 O’Neill St., Belpre, was arrested for domestic violence and aggravated menacing, both misdemeanors.

• Matthew Thomas Steele, 27, homeless, was arrested for OVI, driving under suspension, no seatbelt, improper lane usage and probation violation, all misdemeanors.

• Julie Antoinette Schultheis, 54, of 12090 State Route 60, Lowell, was arrested for domestic violence and criminal trespassing, both misdemeanors.
