Lloyd Leon Moncrief, age 87, of Lowell, OH, passed away in the early morning hours on Wednesday, March 22, 2023, at his home on the family farm. He was born March 10, 1936, in Parkersburg, WV, a son of the late Earl and Hattie Fouts Moncrief. He graduated from the former Lowell High School in 1954. Lloyd served and protected his nation in the US Army in the 643D Engineer Company Pipeline in Fort Leonard Wood, MO. Later retired from GE Plastics with over 30 years of service.
