Nancy L. Murphy

Nancy L. Murphy, 66, of Newport, OH, passed away on Thursday, June 11, 2026, at Belpre Landings. She was born on November 19, 1959, in Marietta a daughter of Charles C. Benson and Gertrude Matheny Benson. Nancy was a stay-at-home mom. She enjoyed taking care of everyone she knew, especially her family.  She was a "Big Time" Steelers fan, but loved spending time with her grandchildren. On August 6, 1976, she married James Murphy who preceded her in death on September 13, 2015.
