Memorial Health System will soon relocate its Physicians Care Express in Marietta from 800 Pike St. to 224 Pike St.

According to a release from the system, the new location has been built to better serve patients, offering improved access, visibility and convenience. The relocated facility will be positioned closer to the health system’s Wayne Street Medical Campus — which includes primary care, cardiology and pulmonary rehab, ENT services, Akron Children’s pediatrics and more — in an effort to strengthens connectivity.

The expanded space also allows for enhanced physical accessibility, including easier entry points, improved parking access and a layout designed to comfortably accommodate patients, the release said.

To prepare for the move, the 800 Pike Street clinic will close on Wednesday, with the new location opening for regular business on Thursday.
