First Friday sees attendance despite rain

Warren Middle School student Amelia Veres decorates a tote bag on the Armory lawn during First Friday festivities. That was one of several reading-themed activities at a tent set up by members of the Washington County Career Center’s Students Solving Problems and National Technical Honor Society groups. They also gave away books, some of which had QR codes that linked to videos of students reading the stories. (Photo by Evan Bevins)
