Ohio State Highway Patrol Reports
¯ Andrew Huck, 47, 10 Kern Dr., Marietta, driving a 2003 Volkswagen Beetle, was traveling eastbound on Ohio 550 in Warren Township Oct. 13 when he went left of center, went off the left side of the roadway, then struck a mailbox, guardrail, traveled over an embankment and overturned. Huck had no apparent injuries and was charged with not following the rules for driving in marked lanes.
¯ Mariah F. Anderson, 33, 164 Anderson Road, Fleming, driving a 2009 Dodge Journey, was entering U.S. 50 to travel eastbound from Ohio 555 in Belpre Oct. 14 when Steven W. Wilde, 62, 1216 Thistleridge Drive, Hebron, Ky., driving a 2021 Porsche Cayman, was traveling westbound on U.S. 50 when Anderson failed to yield the right of way and was struck by Wilde. There were no apparent injuries and Anderson was charged with failure to yield.
¯ Bryce M. Lowry, 22, 1740 Chestnut Trail Drive, Twinsburg, driving a 2000 Chevy S-10, owned by Angela D. Lowry, same address, was traveling northbound on Ohio 26 in Lawrence Township Oct. 15 when he went left of center, hit an upward embankment and overturned the vehicle onto the roadway. Lowry had no suspected minor injuries but was transported. Lowry was charged with operating a vehicle without reason.
¯ Zachary A. Clatterbuck, 31, 509 Short Brock Road, Vincent, driving a 2011 Subaru Outback, owned by Dale A. Clatterbuck, same address, and Joseph D. Harvey, 18, 417 Cross Road, Belpre, driving a 2019 Ford Escape, owned by Aaron J. Harvey, 86655 State Route 144, Stewart, were both traveling southbound on Ohio 339 when Harvey stopped in traffic and was struck in the rear by Clatterbuck. Harvey had suspected minor injuries and was taken by Little Hocking EMS Squad to Marietta Memorial Hospital in Belpre. Clatterbuck was charged with operating a vehicle without reason.
