Seventeen people were indicted by the Washington County Grand Jury this week, including 10 facing methamphetamine-related charges.

Those indicted include:

– Daniel Ross Snider, 55, 1424 Rector Road, Parkersburg; fifth-degree felony aggravated possession of drugs, methamphetamine, from November.

– Matthew Sanford Nixon, 43, 1004 Orchard St., Marietta; fifth-degree felony aggravated possession of drugs, meth, from October.

– Cody Joseph Metrick, 40, 863 Davisville Road, Davisville; fifth-degree felony theft from November.

– Natalie Ann Benton, 40, 104 Gregg St., Marietta; fourth-degree felony failure to appear as required by recognizance from Feb. 4.

– Samantha Alicia Cooper, 31, 1873 Dogwood Ridge Road, Apt. C, Wheelersburg; fourth-degree felony failure to appear as required by recognizance from Feb. 4.

– Devonn Curtis, 66, 27335 State Route 7, Lot 13, Marietta; 10 fifth-degree felony counts of violating a protection order and one first-degree misdemeanor count of assault, all from June 2024. In a separate indictment, Curtis was charged with a third-degree felony count of harassment with a bodily substance from December 2024. He had previously been indicted on these charges in 2024, which were reissued this week.

– Michael Cory Louive, 34, Marietta; one count of domestic violence, a fourth-degree felony, from January.

– Brandon Craig McIntire, 29, 215 Valley Mills Road, Parkersburg; possession of cocaine and aggravated possession of drugs, dextroamphetamine, both fifth-degree felonies, from June.

– Sean M. Laughlin, 67, 5791 State Route 60, Marietta; first-degree felony counts of aggravated possession of and trafficking in drugs, meth, both first-degree felonies with a specification for forfeiture of an automobile in a drug case; and fourth-degree felony counts of possession of and trafficking in cocaine, all from August.

– Derek Thomas James, 31, 125 Broad St., Belle Valley; fifth-degree felony aggravated possession of drugs, meth, from August.

– William Robert Ferrebee, 51, 1600 Lockhart Fork Road, Sandyville, W.Va.; fifth-degree felony aggravated possession of drugs, meth, and one first-degree misdemeanor count each of operating a vehicle while under the influence of a controlled substance, meth, and driving under suspension or in violation of a license restriction from August.

– Chadwick Lynn Smearman, 45, 560 Albright Road, Beverly; one fifth-degree felony count each of possession of a fentanyl-related compound and aggravated possession of drugs, meth, from June.

– Brandon Lee Gibbs, 33, 515 Smith St., Marietta; fifth-degree felony aggravated possession of drugs, meth, from August.

– Co-defendants Courtney Marie Fox, 26, 115 N. Hart St., Marietta, and Joshua Ryan Clingerman, 44, 27830 State Route 7, Marietta; one count each of third-degree felony tampering with evidence, fourth-degree felony possession of a fentanyl-related compound and fifth-degree felony aggravated possession of drugs, meth, from September.

– Kelly Renee Henthorn, 53, 300 Phillips St., Marietta; fifth-degree felony aggravated possession of drugs, meth, from December 2024.

– Antone Kristian Herring, 26, 3529 Bull Creek Road, Waverly; two second-degree felony counts of felonious assault and one count each of strangulation and abduction, both third-degree felonies, and first-degree misdemeanor aggravated menacing from September and November.
