PARKERSBURG — Registration is open for the annual West Virginia 988 & Crisis Intervention Team Summit, scheduled for July 20-22 at the Resiliency Center in Parkersburg. The summit is hosted by First Choice Services, a Charleston-based nonprofit that operates several helplines, including the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. Conservation District slates free program

The Washington Soil & Water Conservation District and the Ohio River Valley Woodland Owner Group will present "Maximizing Native Habitat for Game Species" starting with dinner at 5:30 p.m. July 9 at the Washington County Career Center, 21740 State Route 676, Marietta.
