She was born on Jan. 26, 1933, in Fleming, Ohio to the late Frank and Lenore Flowers Smith. She was a 1950 graduate of Vincent High School and was a member of the Bartlett Bible Baptist Church. Marietta Police Department/Washington County Sheriff’s Office ¯ Deputies were dispatched to 404 Fort Harmar Dr. in reference to an overdose on Sept. 6. Upon arrival, Marietta Fire Department administered Narcan and was able to revive the subject. Drug abuse instruments were observed in plain view and a search of the vehicle was conducted.
