Memorial awarded $5M in lawsuit against Camden Clark

PARKERSBURG – A federal jury found Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital Corp. liable for one count each of civil conspiracy and vicarious liability and awarded Memorial Health System $5 million in compensatory damages.
