A federal judge in Ohio is allowing 10 businesses to continue selling hemp products and THC drinks while a lawsuit plays out. U.S. District Judge Jeffrey Helmick granted a preliminary injunction on July 13, allowing these 10 businesses to continue selling their intoxicating hemp products.
