V. Hope DeLancey, 81, of Belle Valley, Ohio, died Saturday, May 25, 2024, at her home.

Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. Tuesday at McVay-Perkins Funeral Home in Caldwell where services will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday. Burial will follow at Ark Springs Cemetery.
