David “Pap” Alvin Reuse, 67, of Lower Salem, went to be with the Lord on March 14, 2025, at his home. He was born on September 9, 1957, in Cleveland to John and Edna (Wilson) Reuse. David was a retired Cleveland Police Officer and an active member of his community no matter where he lived, most recently as an EMT and Firefighter in Lower Salem, Belpre, Bethel, Devola and Oak Grove.
