Ohio recovery housing has grown nearly 400%, new executive order provides more oversight
Ohio state Rep. Justin Pizzulli recently shared a story about a man struggling with an opioid addiction who received a court order to go to recovery housing in Portsmouth in Scioto County. “He was supposed to be coming to my community to rebuild his life,” Pizzulli, R-Scioto County, said at a press conference.
