Darlene I. Dobbins, 88, of Lowell, passed away at 3:19am on Monday, May 25, 2026. She was born February 11, 1938, in Wichita, Kansas, a daughter of Clyde G. and Edna C. (Stroud) Capshaw. Darlene was employed as a Nurse for 36+ years. She enjoyed sewing, cooking and shopping. On August 2, 1954, she married the love of her life, Donald E. Dobbins who preceded her in death on April 2, 2001.
