George W. Zimmerman, 84, of Marietta, passed away at 8:35 pm, May 4, 2026, at Marietta Memorial Hospital. He was born on February 19, 1942, in Marietta, a son of Howard Zimmerman and Elsie Baker Zimmerman. George had been employed in the oilfield. He married Judith D. Lauer who preceded him in death.
