Noble County Health Commissioner Shawn Ray announced today that he and his wife have tested positive for coronavirus. "I was out of town last week for the third wedding in our family. Positive cases of the coronavirus have been confirmed in the Belpre City Schools and St. Mary's Catholic Elementary School in Marietta, the commissioner of the Marietta-Belpre Health Department Friday morning said.
