Bertha was born on November 20, 1950, in Washington County, Ohio, a daughter of Wilbert Blair and Elsie Kinsey Blair. She had been employed at Fenton Art Glass. On February 14, 2000, she married Danny Biehl who survives with her daughter Wendy Molvie of Whipple. Her parents and brother, Jim Blair preceded her in death. She was born on September 21, 1946 in Marietta, Ohio, daughter of Carroll C. and Mary Laughery Gheen. Eileen graduated from Waterford High School and was married on June 26, 1964 to Ronald N. “Bud” Drayer who survives. Also surviving is a son, Robert E.
