He was born April 29, 1951, in Alameda, California, a son of the late Lester Paul Davis and the late Mildred Davis. Frank was a graduate of Marietta High School in 1970 and had worked at Fenton Art Glass before going to work at Pactiv in Mineral Wells. He loved to repair and fix things.
