Czars and Czarinas! Why do our government officials need to designate government appointees as Czars? Perhaps the title gives them power to do as they choose. So far, President Biden’s VP who is the border Czarina does not choose to visit the broken border. She is not alone, there are many others, such as transportation Czar and others. Now that we are again engaged in discussion about THE FENCE and ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION, may I reiterate my story “Fence is a Shepherd.” Today as we ponder how to handle random and often nefarious individuals entering our country, this story is relevant.
