A Lower Salem man was indicted by a grand jury Tuesday on pandering sexually oriented materials charges following a search warrant last month that led to his arrest, according to the Washington County Common Pleas Court. Beginning Monday, city employees will perform a Marietta Clean Sweep with the intent of cleaning city streets ahead of spring. The initiative will continue until all streets are completed in the following order: Front Street even numbers, to Second Street odd numbers, to Third Street even numbers, to Fourth Street odd numbers, continuing that pattern up to Tenth Street.
