Washington County Sheriff Nov. 11 ¯ Sgt. Stillson was patrolling northbound on I-77 at the two-mile marker when he observed a vehicle bearing Ohio registration commit a marked lanes violation. Adkins, 23, 2795 E Ohio 60, McConnelsville, driving a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee, was traveling southbound on Ohio 669 approaching the roundabout.
