Francis E. Miller

Francis E. Miller, 83, of Waterford, Ohio, died on Tuesday, October 6, 2026, at his home. He was born on July 28, 1943, in Waterford, Ohio, son of Wilfred H. and Mary Ida Belle Province Miller. Francis had worked at Globe Metallurgical for many years and had also helped on the family farm and feed mill for a long time. He attended Waterford High School and was a member of St. Bernard Catholic Church, Waterford Grange, Washington County Farm Bureau, Waterford Fair Board and was an honorary member of the Waterford FFA.
