William “Bill” Kelly, age 78, passed away at his residence in Little Hocking, Ohio, February 3, 2026. He was born May 2, 1947, in Brooklyn, New York, to the late Harry and Helen Kelly. Surviving are his wife and soulmate of 53 years, Roberta Sue Kelly, a very special “sister” Anita Vaughan, his best friend Rick Murphy and many beloved nieces and nephews.
