Reports/Washington County ¯ A deputy began an investigation Saturday into services paid for home repair and the work not being done. ¯ A deputy was dispatched Saturday to Whipple Run Road, Liberty Township, to a report of an altercation at that location with three individuals. Robert Warden, Russell Preston, and a female reported Warden being attacked by James Ash. The subjects stated that Ash struck Warden in the head with a cane, causing a large cut above his right eye. Reports/Washington County ¯ Deputies were dispatched April 30 to the baseball fields on Buell Island, Adams Township, in reference to several 911 calls being received reporting an adult male was in a fight with a juvenile male. Deputies were directed to meet with John Lazear. Lazear reported witnessing a juvenile male in somewhat of a physical fight with a juvenile male. Lazear stated the two were in a heated argument as well with lots of cussing and yelling.
