Anne Shirley Nebeker, 28, of 279 Muskingum Drive Apt. 308, Marietta, was stopped at a stop sign turning eastbound on Township Road 1109. Grand Jury indicts 27 defendants

Two Cleveland residents were indicted on drug charges this week by the Washington County Grand Jury. They were two of 27 true billed defendants indicted on 48 counts. Cornelius S. Toney Jr., 27, of 3379 W. 100th St., Cleveland, was indicted on four charges, including one count of possession of a fentanyl-related compound and one count of trafficking in a fentanyl-related compound, both first-degree felonies; one count of tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony; and one count of resisting arrest, a second-degree misdemeanor. PARKERSBURG — A vehicle reported stolen out of Vienna was spotted in Belpre on Wednesday night, and the driver fled into Parkersburg before crashing into two police cruisers. Michelle Marie Venham, 26, 1936 Barth Road, Belpre, was being held without bond as a fugitive from justice at the North Central Regional Jail in Doddridge County after being charged with a felony count of fleeing with reckless indifference.
