Judith Ann (Hill) Williams, lovingly known as “Jude” to her family, passed away at the age of 79. Born on August 15, 1946, in Akron, Ohio, to Phyllis and Dick Hill, Judy lived a life defined by kindness, creativity, and a genuine love for people. She built a successful career working for the Ohio State Highway Department, Central Trust Bank, and TheisenBrock Law Firm, from which she retired. Judy devoted her life to others.
