Reports/Marietta ¯ A patrolman stopped a black Chevy Metro April 5 in the 500 block of Second Street for an expired plate. During the stop, the patrolman used his K-9 to perform a vehicle sniff for illegal narcotics. His K-9 indicated on the driver’s door and during a search, the patrolman located a folded up $20 bill in the driver’s wallet that contained a crystal-like substance.
